Under the dot-EDU cooperative agreement, Education Development Center (EDC) and its partners help USAID bring digital opportunities into learning environments in countries suffering the effects of civil unrest, natural disasters, and HIV/AIDS. Project activities seek to strengthen quality, expand access, and enhance the equity of programs in basic education, teacher-training, and higher education through information and communications technology (ICT).
